After a concussion 9 years ago I became captivated with the practice of meditation and energy awareness. I struggled with symptoms from the concussion that doctors and medicine were not able to help. I was house bound and frustrated. I started participating in guided meditations which relaxed my body and took me out of the fight or flight response.
