The moment one gives close attention to any thing, even a blade of grass it becomes a mysterious, awesome, indescribably magnificent world in itself. -Henry Miller

Six years ago I fell and hit my head resulting in a concussion. I was limited in the activities I could do. Working, driving, reading and watching tv was difficult and resulted in headaches, dizziness and vertigo. I had already been a fan of meditation at this point in my life. As I continued my practice I began to feel immediate relief from the symptoms I was experiencing. The medicine the doctor's gave me made me feel more nauseas. I continued to meditate and soon I was able to drive and back to work again. I wasn't completely recovered, but I was on my way.

While I had gained such a change in my life both physically and mentally from the meditation practice I was still experiencing some dizziness and fatigue. It took about four years to be free from the symptoms I was experiencing.  I learned more about my energetic reality and the value of grounding. I experienced the difference in allowing myself to be in my energy and for others to be in theirs. This was a game changer.

The changes that took place were incredible. I gained the awareness and skills to maintain my energy in a cohesive way. I was able to run and exercise and sweat again! I was thrilled to have the vitality and strength return to my body. Once again the tools that brought me further along my path left me inspired to share them and my story.
